REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT

The damage deposit is refundable within two weeks after departure.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

You may cancel your booking forty-two nights or more before the start and receive a 50% refund of the total rent, less card fees. If the booking is cancelled less than forty two nights before the start of the stay no refund will be made. We urge you to have travel insurance in place.

Standard departure time is: 11.00
To guarantee an early arrival please book the night before. Likewise, if you want to stay later than the standard departure time, please book that day.

KEY COLLECTION OPTIONS

1. Reception for key collection is located close to Earls Court underground station and is open 9.00 - 22.00, except Sunday when it is open until 18.00.
2. You can be at met at the flat on arrival. To meet arrivals after 18.00 a £50.00 fee applies.
3. You may book a minicab driver who will have the keys to your flat.

PROHIBITED

Only people listed on the booking form are permitted to stay at the property. No smoking as standard in all London short term rentals. No parties and no pets.
