Belgravia Chesham is a well-appointed first floor flat in an attractive modern building. There is a day porter on site and you are close to Sloane Square and Knightsbridge in this elegant neighbourhood in the heart of sophisticated London.
This short let London home offers a comfortable reception room with writing desk. The dining area is between the living room and kitchen with a large dining table and chairs for six people.
The master bedroom has a queen sized bed.
The second bedroom offers a trundle bed which can be split into two or used as a single.
There are two writing desks, plenty of storage space and fresh linen is provided as standard.
Belgravia Chesham's kitchen is well equipped with two electric ovens, a ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, electric coffee maker, telephone and a small marble breakfast table.
The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in-shower, WC and basin. A second family bathroom offers a tub with overhead shower and is fully tiled with marble tops. Fresh towels are provided as standard.

Belgravia is a district of West London in the City and the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, lying mainly to the southwest of Buckingham Palace. It has Knightsbridge to the north, Pimlico to the south and Sloane Street to the west.
Its properties are exclusive and expensive…this is one of the wealthiest neighbourhoods in London, and the world! It is known for its many lovely and grand squares, namely Belgrave, Eaton, and Chester, with their fine, white stucco houses.
In the much loved television series Upstairs and Downstairs (the inspiration for Downton Abbey), the Bellamy household live in Belgravia in the early 1900s. In Downton Abbey, several of the characters live here too which is an excellent indicator of the kind of upper class part of town it is!
There are many wonderful, quirky and interesting shops and boutiques to visit, quite a few with brand names. There is a hat-maker here, health and beauty salons, an array of independent art and antique shops, plus an excellent choice of top quality restaurants.
Being so centrally located makes getting around a breeze. Stroll easily around the West End from here or choose from one of the many underground stations that are dotted around you. The bus service is frequent and reliable from here, too.

REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSITThe damage deposit is refundable within two weeks after departure.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDSYou may cancel your booking forty-two nights or more before the start and receive a 50% refund of the total rent. If you cancel less than forty two nights before your stay we will make our best effort to re-let the home and offer you a pro-rata refund. However, this can not be guaranteed and we urge you to have travel insurance in place.
