The Crawford apartment 17 was safe & secure. Our family of 5 enjoyed the large bedrooms, cosy single beds & space for all of us across the three levels.
However the apartment is a little tired; it needs new carpets, & a refurbishment of the downstairs shower area.
On our visit there's wasn't a hair dryer, or washing liquid / dish cloth's (until requested), but they were promptly delivered, after an email to house keeping.
I'd also suggest some cooking oils, and kitchen items to make the arrival more welcoming.
It's relatively close to bus & tube transport, and therefore easy to get to major London attractions.
The local village around the apartment is very enjoyable : supermarket nearby, cool English pubs, and some nice restaurants. Our picks were The Modern Pantry for brunch, and Greek on Farringdon Road.
It's central & reasonable value for money.

Much loved by locals, the area offers vibrant restaurants, music venues, bars and night life, as well as renowned galleries and museums - the Cube and Geffrye Museum being perhaps best known.
Or head south from your home and take a leisurely stroll through the City to St Pauls, over the Millennium Bridge to Shakespeare's Globe Theatre and lunch at the Tate Modern.
Going west you can wonder around antique Bloomsbury and Holborn, explore the wonderful treasures of the British Museum and pop in at one of the four Inns of Court to get a feel for medieval London.
If you are feeling energetic there are many cycle paths along the canals which are great for poodling around on a lazy Sunday with a pit stop at the local pub.
