If you cancel less than forty two nights before your stay we will make our best effort to re-let the home and offer you a pro-rata refund. To guarantee an early arrival please book the night before. Likewise, if you want to stay later than the standard departure time, please book that day.
If you are arriving early or leaving late luggage may be left at the office but not stored over night.


24 hour assistance and reception for key collection is located at Bedford Place, Bloomsbury – close to Holborn & Russell Square tube stations.
