Clerkenwell is a vibrant and sought after area of central London on the edge of the City, a popular area enjoyed by locals and visitors alike. There's lots to do to help you spend all that cash made in the City and keen shoppers can find anything from antique collectables and works of art, to good local produce - Exmouth Market being a fine example and just a stone's throw away. On Clerkenwell Road you will find many of London's finest and most famous restaurants. The entire area is rich in gastro pubs and Italian Delis so come prepared to shop, eat and generally have a good time.

Hand in hand with commerce and high finance goes culture and Europe’s largest art and conference venue is your neighbour - the renowned Barbican Arts Centre. This prominent venue is the home of the London Symphony Orchestra and hosts contemporary and classical music, Opera, theatre and innovative visual art installations.

The total rate displayed includes exit cleaning and VAT.
Travel cots are charged separately and on request at £63.00 per week.
Housekeeping service with linen change once a week is also included for stays of seven nights or more.
WiFi is free for 3 devices and thereafter it is charged charged separately and on request at £15.00 per week or £5.00 per week if staying for longer than 1 month.

TO BOOK

Your card will be will be pre-authorised by your card provider but will not be charged until your booking is confirmed by us. You will receive a confirmation email during our office hours: Monday - Friday 9.00 - 17.30 GMT.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT

Credit card details are requested to cover the £300.00 damage deposit and to guarantee your booking. Your card will be pre-authorised. Please note that your card is not charged unless damage or extra charges are incurred.

CANCEL

You may cancel your booking forty-two nights or more before the start and receive a 50% refund of the total rent. If you cancel less than forty two nights before your stay we will make our best effort to re-let the home and offer you a pro-rata refund. However, this can not be guaranteed and we urge you to have travel insurance in place.

Standard departure time is: 10.00
To guarantee an early arrival please book the night before. Likewise, if you want to stay later than the standard departure time, please book that day.
If you are arriving early or leaving late luggage may be left at the office but not stored over night.

KEY COLLECTION

24 hour assistance and reception for key collection is located at Bedford Place, Bloomsbury – close to Holborn & Russell Square tube stations.
