Neighbourhood

Hoxton is an East End neighbourhood close to Shoreditch and not far from the City of London. It is a hip and culturally diverse part of London and some say it's the coolest urban area of all. Head for the lively local street markets of Columbia Road flower market, Brick Lane, Broadway Market, Spitalfields and Pettycoat Lane. Much loved by artists and city financiers alike, this area offers vibrant restaurants, music venues, bars and night life as well as renowned galleries and museums - the Cube and Geffrye Museum being perhaps best known. The bars and clubs of Old Street and Hoxton Square attract a happy diverse crowd from suited City types to fashionistas and everyone in-between!

Alternatively take a leisurely stroll through the City to St Paul's, over the Millennium Bridge to Shakespeare's Globe Theatre and have some lunch at The Tate Modern. Or head West and wonder around antique Bloomsbury, explore the wonderful treasures of the British Museum and pop in at one of the four Inns of Court to get a feel for medieval London. If you are feeling energetic there are many cycle paths along the canals which are great for poodling around on a lazy Sunday with a pit stop at the local pub.

Got to do some work? The City and Liverpool Street are not far away and neighboring areas such as Shoreditch and Whitechapel offer up their own selection of culture, eateries, shops and cafe's. Whitechapel with it's infamous Jack the Ripper connections still has several pubs open today that were frequented by the locals in those terrible Ripper years. The Ten Bells and The Blind Beggar, for example. There are many excellent walking tours to be enjoyed in the East End which are interesting, informative and fun, The Whitechapel Art Gallery is also worth a visit. There excellent train and tube connections from here plus 24hr bus links for easy access to surrounding areas and the West End.

Explore and take in the cultural and historical wealth of this interesting and vibrant part of London's East End with it's markets, galleries, shops and pubs. Olde London is all around you if you look carefully enough…the play Romeo and Juliet was performed in Hoxton in the 1500's and they say that Shakespeare himself was one of the actors.

Hoxton's location is fairly central in East London, so it is well positioned for getting around. You can walk easily from here to Shoreditch or The City. Hoxton Station is served by London Overground and you are close to Old Street Underground station here too which has good connections.

Housekeeping service with linen change once a week is also included for stays of seven nights or more.

TO BOOK

Please book via the property details. Input your dates and number of people to calculate the total. Then follow the Book Now button to the booking form and secure payment gateway. Your card will be will be pre-authorised by your card provider but will not be charged until your booking is confirmed by us. You will receive a confirmation email during our office hours: Monday - Friday 9.00 - 17.30 GMT.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT

For bookings of greater than 28 nights in length, we may ask you to pay a Security Deposit. The Security Deposit will be the equivalent of 28 nights at the occupation rate for the apartment type. We will keep hold of the Security Deposit while you stay with us and we’ll return it within 7 days of your departing, minus any deductions for damages, cleaning, replacement goods, unpaid accommodation or service fees.

CANCEL

Bookings of 1-6 nights – 72 hours notice required for a full refund.
Bookings of 7-27 nights – 7 days notice required for a full refund.
Bookings of 28+ nights – 14 days notice required for a full refund.
All cancellations must be confirmed in writing.

Standard departure time is: 11.00
To guarantee an early arrival please book the night before. Likewise, if you want to stay later than the standard departure time, please book that day.

PROHIBITED

Only people listed on the booking form are permitted to stay at the property. No smoking as standard in all London short term rentals. No parties and no pets.
