Hubby and I stayed at this charming flat near Earls Court tube station for a week. Leaving the station, turn right at the blue police box (Tardis) and walk 2 full blocks before turning right. Left at the Gardens. We left the huge shutters/windows open at night to enjoy the soft summer ambiance - kids laughing in the Gardens and neighbourhood lights shimmering in the dusk. Just wonderful! Booking was easy and our contact met us at the flat - even though we were late arriving - Bank hols weekend, Notting Hill Carnival etc. He was very helpful and friendly despite our tardiness. This is not a bland modern apartment - more lived in and homey. It does have its quirks, but it is an old building. There are stairs and the shower over the bath may tax someone with reduced mobility. Our security deposit was quickly refunded and communication via email was brilliant. All in all, a hugely positive experience.

Excellent location in a wonderful building, nice views of a private garden in Earls Court Square. We were a family of 5, space was tight but certainly comfortable. Definitely stay here again. Mighty Pie, Brisbane, Australia, December 2015
We had a wonderful time in London and visited a lot of old haunts and some new places as well. For me London is the most wonderful city on the planet. the flat was an excellent location for us and very comfortable. the manager was extremely helpful with getting the TV wo work properly. Its operation was different from our at home. Thanks for all your help and attention to the details which can make or break a vacation, as I'm sure you know. Best wishes, Donna Francis, November 2015
First, I want to thank you for our wonderful accommodations at Earl's Court Square for the past 9 days. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found the location and the flat itself to be perfect for us! Thanks again for everything. Missy Elfers
The terrace flat was a great place to stay for myself and 3 friends for our week in London. The location was lovely - across from a quaint garden with blooming trees and flowers, close to the Earl's Court tube stop (about 5 min easy walk), near restaurants and grocery/drug stores. We got a quick breakfast (fruit, hard boiled eggs, fresh baked croissant/scone) on our way out each morning at the M&S Food store very near the Tube station. Enjoyed dinner at the Blackbird Pie Shoppe (reasonably priced pub food) and Zizzi(delicious Italian) both on Earl's Court Road. The flat was clean, well maintained and nicely decorated inside. It had everything we needed from a tea pot to comfortable beds (including the 2 couches which easily accommodate sleeping). We enjoyed the table/chairs on the terrace and sat there often. Would appreciate an upgrade to towels (and addition of hand towels/ wash cloths), but they were adequate. The water pressure in the bathroom was weak but worked fine for the hand shower. The owner, was excellent to work with - was prompt with booking communication, met us at the flat and provided instruction and good information upon our arrival. Would highly recommend the flat and would stay again. Wright, USA, April 2015
We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in Apartment 2. Many thanks for all your assistance and organisation and for making it so easy for us to leave our bags early on the day we arrived. We will be out of the apartment in the morning by 10.30 and will leave some basics - milk, butter and a couple of other food items behind. I hope Elaine - or someone else - will be able to make use of them. The information you and the owners supplied was excellent and we will certainly be recommending your organisation to friends who head this way. Everything was great. Thank you again and very best wishes, Sue
We stayed in the apartment for 12 nights and it really did become our little home. The location is excellent. We looked out on the peaceful Earls Court Square garden and one morning even saw a fox! It is so close to Earls Court tube station that we could get to anywhere in London and out to Heathrow with ease. There were plenty of places to eat close by and the local Marks and Spencers was a convenient place to buy food etc. The apartment was big enough for our family of four to relax. Everything was clean, tidy and in working order. The only issue was that like most old buildings in London there is very low water pressure; so we took to the English custom of having a bath as an alternative to a shower. Also the two single beds are not as comfortable as the couches to sleep on. Rosemary, Australia, January 2015
We cleaned up when we left yesterday so there is really not much the cleaning person has to do. We loved our time at the apartment and will book for next year as well. We had a great time and loved the apartment!!!!!!!!!! Andy (Andrea) Smull
We really enjoyed our brief stay here. Happy New Year! Walter
Today we returned to Florence. The apartment was very nice and comfortable. The owner was very friendly. We have had an excellent holiday. Thanks for our accomodation, for yours advices and informations and Happy New Year. Valerio, Grazia and Lorenzo Verdiani, January 2015
We had a wonderful stay at Earl's Court Square. We just loved our time there and the weather was so fine on a couple of days that we actually managed to eat out on the fabulous balcony overlooking the park. So thank you so much for making this stay possible for us - it was truly a home away from home, All the Best, Mary
I had a wonderful time in London, and miss it already! Thank you for finding us the perfect apartment. Happy holidays to you! best wishes, Kathy
We're back home with wonderful memories of our English holiday. We had a very nice stay at the flat and appreciate your rapid response to the few issues. Thank you so much for helping to make those times so special. I have submitted this review. We spent a delightful week at the Earls Court Gardens Flat in mid September. The flat is very much as advertised with the huge windows and lovely views of, and access to, the garden square. With fine weather, we were able to enjoy the outside terrace every day and even on one pleasant evening. We found the area very quiet, aside from the usually happy sounds of children's late afternoon playtime in the gardens and occasional city sounds. This is turning into an upscale neighborhood with lots of renovation of buildings around the square, but we were never bothered by construction noise. Again we thank you for your conscientious care. Aloha, Luane and Roger McGowan Sept, 2014
Just a quick note to say that everything went perfectly this morning, and that the apartment is beautiful. Thank you for the lovely flowers and your warm welcome, and for all your assistance. Best wishes, Kathy
This flat was wonderful. It was clean and cozy. The agents were very helpful with the booking and with arrangements. It is located just a couple blocks away from the Underground, and is therefore very convenient to get to anywhere in London. We were able to do all of our sightseeing without a car. The neighborhood is cute and quaint and very quiet. There is a grocery store nearby as well as numerous restaurants and breakfast spots. Karn, Washington, May 2014
Wanted to let you know my family had a great time in London and loved your cozy bright apartment (um, uh,flat) The location was great too. There was so much to do in London and despite the rain we managed to do a lot. Also, the driver came right on time to take us to the airport. Thanks also for arranging that for us. I would definitely visit the city again although my son recently visited Germany for the first time as a side trip from Paris and he wants to go there again :-) Thanks again for your hospitality and use of your flat. Best Regards A Happy Tennant
This email is to thank you for having spent a great week at home in London, if in the future return to your beautiful city we'll get back to try to repeat the experience. A greeting and thanks, Happy Tennant
The Smith's here. We are settled in your apartment, and want you to know we llove it. We have been in many apartments in the US and Europe, and many times I have to clean the first day. Yours is wonderfully clean and comfortable. We will be recommending this to all of our friends. Thank you. Robert and Dianna Smith

We want you to know that we truly loved the flat and hope that we can book it again in the near future. Thank you for all your suggestions with regard to restaurants etc. and for helping to make our stay in London so enjoyable. Yours truly, Charles Kline
We had a wonderful holiday - thank you very much - the area where the apartment was located was terrific. The apartment worked perfectly for our family and we enjoyed the balcony and the wonderful square which it over-looked. We also appreciated how well equiped and clean the apartment was. We will recommend the apartment and your efficient and courteous service to our friends. Again, thank you. Regards Elaine and Barry Kuretzky
Hello, We was happy in London, and in your flat. The district is genial, I think next year we will rent it againin the district but with 2 beds more. I think you've found the house clean after our departure. Regard Katharine Bermond
I wanted to let you know that the apartment and location were just perfect Thank you so much, George
"We stayed in the apartment, in a Georgian townhouse, for approximately ten nights. We found this type of accommodation more cost effective than a hotel, and it gave us more freedom in terms of privacy, space, kitchen, and laundry facilities. The agent was very accommodating, readily available, and a pleasure to deal with. The apartment looks just as it appears in the photo and is very comfortable. Queen bed in master, two singles in the smaller, second bedroom, with a third roll out or trundle bed. It is supplied with everything except food. Lots of lamps and mirrors. The terrace is lovely with a beautiful view, especially at night. (As in all old townhouses in London, the terrace railing is llow, and young children would have to be supervised at all times.) Lots of sunshine. Quiet. Safe. Access by key card to private park across the street. A large Tesco a walk or short bus ride away. Marks & Spencer and numerous smaller food shops, Earls Court tube station, many restaurants, coffee shops, banks, dental & health clinics, estate agents, news agents, pubs, beauty and nail salons, drug store, internet cafe, etc., all within 5 minutes walk. The free WiFi reception was excellent, as was the TV reception. Close to everything in London by tube or bus. If I could make one suggestion, it would be that the cleaner pay more attention to vacuuming around the edges. The apartment had a good layout, was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay there. It is a first floor walkup with about 24 steps to climb. All in all, a 4 out of 5, and I would recommend and stay there again myself." Thank you so much, Valerie, Toronto
Hi London Agent, just arrived back home and wanted to let you know that our stay at Earl's Court was excellent, actually as far as accommodation across Europe it was the most comfortable. Thanks again for your help. Cheers, Angelo

Kensington is an unbeatable central London location, home to the world class museums of South Kensington such as the Victoria & Albert, the Natural History and Science Museum. The Royal Albert Hall, Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park are also a manageable walk, or bus ride away. Kensington High Street is the area’s commercial centre, with shops, café’s, restaurants and entertainment venues galore! Quick and convenient bus service into the west end from here, or nip over to the famous boutiques and department stores of nearby Chelsea and Knightsbridge.
Kensington Gardens is one of London's loveliest parks. Perfect for strolling (or running) through, it runs directly into Hyde Park or takes you over to Notting Hill. Take the kids along to find the famous statue of Peter Pan. He is elusive and not easy to locate; but it's all part of the magic. Some children believe he flies around at night, settling in a new part of the park every morning! The Princess Diana Memorial Gardens with it's fountains are also to be found in this part of the park.
The beautiful royal residence of Kensington Palace is to be found inside Kensington Gardens. This palace is home to Prince William and his family and more recently, Prince Harry! The state rooms and palace gardens are open to the public. There is a Palace Café with a children’s menu and a shop selling souvenirs and memorabilia.
Looming large across from the park is another royal presence: The Royal Albert Hall, built to promote understanding and appreciation of the arts and sciences. This grand and magnificent building has fulfilled this mission beautifully and consistently since 1871, and is a very popular venue with young and old alike!
West Kensington W14 is a largely residential area with good local amenities, shops and markets. The architecture here is note-worthy, with buildings and whole streets listed! The markets and restaurants of North End Road are diverse and busy. Baron's Court boasts many Victorian terraces and impressive mansion blocks. The Olympia Exhibition Centre opened in1886; this impressive building was once the largest of it's kind in the world and attracts huge crowds.
Visit the famous Queen's Tennis Club and Baron's Court Theatre, a popular attraction which is located inside The Curtains Up pub.
Pleasant neighbours such as Hammersmith, Fulham, Earl's Court, West Brompton and Shepherd's Bush, all with their own eateries, theatres, music venues, open spaces and shopping malls, make this area and it's surroundings a fun, friendly and interesting place to stay.
Kensington as a whole is a convenient location giving you easy access to all the best London has to offer in a welcoming, friendly and leafy environment.
