Every effort has been made to create an individual and well planned design for living - unique design element were built by local artisans, furniture has been custom designed or re-invented specifically for the home, and recycled materials have been used as frequently as possible.

LIVING AREA
✓ The living area is on the ground floor and features a custom made dining table with seating for six, plus attractive and comfortable sofa.
✓ Upstairs is a second living space with a seating and work area.

BEDROOMS
✓ Also upstairs is main bed ‘pod’ with an integral double bed.
✓ Suspended above this area is a hanging bed pod in the form of a mini house with a small double bed and a separate single bed.

KITCHEN
✓ The gorgeous, hand built kitchen is open plan and offers quality appliances including a special Quooker boiling water tap, ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

BATHROOM
✓ The bright and cheery, all yellow bathroom is a fibreglass wet room with shower, WC and basin.

TRANSPORT
✓ Bethnal Green Underground - Central Line - five minutes walk away.
✓ Shoreditch High Street Underground - under seven minutes walk away.
✓ Both Zone 2.
✓ “Boris Bikes” are also nearby, should you prefer to rent a bicycle.

Neighbourhood

East London is full of interesting contrasts - vibrant and multicultural, trendy and traditional, affluent and gritty. It has a wonderful and diverse range of people from bohemian artists, monied financiers to the original 'locals' i.e. Cockney Londoners. Close enough to all of the must-see London landmarks so that you don't waste time traveling but removed enough so that you can mingle with us long term London residents.

In the immediate area head towards the lively local street markets of Columbia Road flower market, Brick Lane, Broadway Market, Spitalfields and Pettycoat Lane. Much loved by the locals, the area offers vibrant restaurants, music venues, bars and night life, as well as renowned galleries and museums - the Cube and Geffrye Museum being perhaps best known.

From your home, take a leisurely stroll through the City to St Pauls, over the Millennium Bridge to Shakespeare's Globe Theatre and lunch at the Tate Modern. Or head west and wonder around antique Bloomsbury, explore the wonderful treasures of the British Museum and pop in at one of the four Inns of Court to get a feel for medieval London. If you are feeling energetic there are many cycle paths along the canals which are great for poodling around on a lazy Sunday with a pit stop at the local pub.

If you have to work the home is only 15 minutes away from the financial district – called the City - and Liverpool Street station. There are excellent train connections plus 24hr bus links for easy access to the west end.

RATES

The total includes exit cleaning and WiFi. There are no other charges unless the home is left dirty, untidy or damaged.

Your card will be pre-authorised by your card provider but will not be charged until your booking is confirmed by us. You will receive a confirmation email during our office hours: Monday - Friday 9.00 - 17.30 GMT.

REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT

The damage deposit is refundable within two weeks after departure.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

You may cancel your booking forty-two nights or more before the start and receive a 50% refund of the total rent.
If you cancel less than forty two nights before your stay we will make our best effort to re-let the home and offer you a pro-rata refund. However, this can not be guaranteed and we urge you to have travel insurance in place.

Standard departure time is: 10.00
To guarantee an early arrival please book the night before. Likewise, if you want to stay later than the standard departure time, please book that day.

PROHIBITED

Only people listed on the booking form are permitted to stay at the property.
No smoking as standard in all London short term rentals.
No parties and no pets.
