Eine kleine gemütliche Wohnung in ausgezeichneter Lage, wo der aus alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß, per Bus oder Bahn zu erreichen sind. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

We have recently returned from a trip through the UK, culminating with a week-long stay in London. We rented your Westbourne Terrace flat through The London Agent. The London Agent was an efficient agent, and pleasant to deal with.
We understand from the guest book in the flat that you are the owners. We just wanted to reach out to you directly and thank you so much for the opportunity to stay in your flat. We come to London at least once a year, and always rent a flat. Without a doubt, Westbourne Terrace was our favourite. The place may be small, but it is beautifully appointed, well looked after and wonderfully decorated. We felt so at home in our “home away from home”.
While the kitchen is bijou, we appreciated that it had all the mod-cons, enough (MATCHING!) china, silverware and glasses, and everything one could want, efficiently stashed away.
The bathroom was unexpectedly large and user friendly.
The living room was charming and comfortable. On a couple of nights, we just got M&S take-out and sat in the living room watching British TV, and felt right at home.
In short, thank you so much for making the London portion of our trip so enjoyable. We do hope that we will be able to rent the flat again on our next visit. We run a Bed and Breakfast in Niagara-on-the-Lake Canada. If you ever find yourselves in our neck of the woods, we hope you will look us up. John, Canada, March 2017
Thank you so much for the lovely stay this past week. We enjoyed the apartment very much and would highly recommend to friends and anyone looking for a place to stay in London. Stacy, January 2017
Great Flat, Great Location! Five stars! Had the pleasure of staying in this flat on a recent trip to London. Found the a flat very comfortable and in a great location. Easy access to restaurants, pubs, beautiful parks, the subway and Kensington Palace. Would recommend staying here. Stewart, June 2016
Super Clean and Great Location ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 8 day stay here was perfect. This was one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed and that includes hotels. The flat is on the 2nd floor and in a very safe and secure building. We never saw another person inside the building. We felt very safe on the street and in the neighborhood. Located in a great location just a short walk to the Paddington tube station as well as the Lancaster Gate station. The are many local restaurants within a block or two of the flat. We tried Raffles twice for breakfast, Pride of Paddington Pub, and the Italian places were good too. There is a Sainsbury local market inside the Paddington tube station we were able to pick up a quick late dinner to heat up in the kitchen. I must also say that the bed in this flat is the MOST comfortable bed in all of London. The mattress features a very thick pillow top and the comforter is very cozy after walking all over the city. The kitchen is very small but very well stocked with anything we needed. Bathroom was very roomy with a lot of storage space. I was very pleased with the London Agents. They were very easy to work with and made arrangements to meet me earlier due to an early arrival. Highly Recommend.. Thanks, Diana, April 2016
It was a great apartment and we really liked it. Norihan, January 2016
br> We stayed here for ten nights in May 2015. Wonderful location very near to Paddington tube and train station. Comfortable, well maintained, and beautifully decorated. Susan Gardner, May 2015
The street was so attractive with all the falling leaves…what a nice place to stay for my first trip to London in many years. We had everything we needed in the flat and felt very at home. We loved walking around and finding local shops and restaurants. Cheers, London Agent. Abigail S, Melbourne, October 2014
Great apartment! Lots of light and really comfortable, we also liked being so central and close to the tube which makes life easier in London. I recommend taking long walks in Hyde Park…we tried to do this most days and it was beautiful! P. Dalton, New Jersey, June 2014
My partner and I had such a lovely stay in this beautiful flat. Your description is spot-on…it is a calm, comfortable place to come home to after a long day's sight-seeing and rushing around. Thankyou so much, we would stay here again in a heart-beat. Cathy Burbridge, Nottingham, February 2014

Bayswater is a convenient central location with a pleasant community-based atmosphere, much loved by visitors the world over. Visit Whiteley’s of Bayswater. This is a shopping centre that is also a listed building and it was London’s first department store. Stroll down to the hustle and bustle of Oxford and Regent Streets, or wonder around the calm expanse of Kensington Gardens or Hyde Park. This area is perfect for the business or leisure traveller who wants to be in the urban centre but still have access to calm, quiet places.
This is a lively cosmopolitan area with many great bistro's and bijoux shops to be found on Queensway and Westbourne Grove. The entire area is culturally diverse and the shops around here are interesting and unusual. They make a nice change from Oxford Street and may be where you will find the perfect London souvenir! There are many superb ethnic restaurants to be frequented around here run by locals. This is a good area for walking and exploring…enjoy the many wide, attractive streets and garden squares lined with Victorian stucco terraces.
Bayswater Road is a long main road which runs from Marble Arch, down past Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, Holland Park and then all the way through to Notting Hill and down into Shepherd's Bush. You will find embassies and lots of hotels down it’s side streets and the bus service running on it is regular and convenient for the West End. Should you care to walk, it's a pleasant stroll down the wide expanse of this road with it’s huge oak trees with two of London's most famous parks alongside. Pause and peruse the art displayed (and for sale!) on the park railings when the weather is fine.
This is a vibrant, central location with fast and easy access to its interesting neighbours, such as Notting Hill and Paddington. Quick transfer to Heathrow Airport on the Heathrow Express from Paddington Station and it's a quick journey from here into the West End either on foot, bus or underground. The walk through Kensington Gardens, up into Hyde Park and on to Marble Arch is a lovely one...
