St James Street has many exclusive bespoke shops, just as Jermyn Street is well known for it's tailors.

You're spoiled for choice as far as green spaces in the centre go. Stroll through the small but perfectly formed Green Park and the always lovely and serene St James's Park, the oldest of the Royal Parks. St James Park overlooks three palaces, including that most famous of ‘em all, Buckingham Palace. Hyde Park needs no introduction, of course, with Speaker's Corner at the top end close to Marble Arch. The wonderful expanse of this large park runs all the way down into Kensington Gardens, which has it's own lovely and more intimate style. In all weathers and all seasons, these marvellous open spaces are a joy to spend time in, with the great capital city as a busy backdrop.

The prestige of Mayfair may be remembered by many in the English speaking world because it is the most expensive property on the British Monopoly board!

The total includes exit cleaning and WiFi. There are no other charges unless the home is left dirty, untidy or damaged.

Your card will be pre-authorised by your card provider but will not be charged until your booking is confirmed by us. You will receive a confirmation email during our office hours: Monday - Friday 9.00 - 17.30 GMT.


The damage deposit is refundable within two weeks after departure.


You may cancel your booking forty-two nights or more before the start and receive a 50% refund of the total rate. If the booking is cancelled less than forty two nights before the start of the stay no refund will be made. We urge you to have travel insurance in place.


Standard arrival time is: 14.00
Standard departure time is: 10.00
If we do not have people leaving the day that you arrive it may be possible to move in before 14.00, but we can not guarantee this. To ensure an early arrival please book the night before.
For arrivals that are after office hours, on weekends and on public holidays a £40.00 fee applies. Alternatively you may book our chauffeur who will have keys to your apartment for access.
On your day of departure it is possible to leave luggage at the flat until 13.00 but we will need the flat clear of people by 10.00 so that housekeeping can do their job. If you want to stay later than the standard departure time, please book that day.


Only people listed on the booking form are permitted to stay at the property.
No smoking as standard in all London short term rentals.
No parties and no pets.
