Pimlico Mews has recently been completely renovated.
Upstairs there is a second living room with a single sofa bed, TV, writing desk, antique furniture and wooden beamed ceiling.

BEDROOMS
The master bedroom is on the first floor and has a double bed and fitted wardrobes.
Going up to the second floor, there are two more bedrooms. One double and one single.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is large and well equipped kitchen with washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cooker and hob.

BATHROOMS
A modern family bathroom with tub and overhead power shower, wash hand basin and WC.
On the second floor there is also a stylish shower room with a WC.

TRANSPORT
Pimlico Underground - Victoria line - Zone 1 - two minutes walk away.

GENERAL
Fully furnished and equipped with linen, towels, kitchenware and WiFi.
Weekly housekeeping with linen change is included for stays of 7 nights or more.

Here you are quietly located moments from local shops, amenities, transport and the River Thames. This is one of the most authentic central London locations, with quick and easy access to it's neighbours such as Chelsea, Mayfair and Belgravia. Shops and markets abound on the high street, and there is a good local bus service.

Pimlico is part of The City of Westminster - an affluent area of central London, on the north bank of the river Thames. This is an ancient part of London and renowned for an impressive concentration of historic and prestigious London landmarks. Live in Westminster and you are a neighbour to Buckingham Palace, Tate Britain, Trafalgar Square, Westminster Abbey, Westminster Cathedral and of course, the Palace of Westminster – a UNESCO World Heritage site and home to our houses of Parliament.

With so many big-name, tourist attractions on your doorstep you can expect hustle and bustle and vibrant city life. Surprisingly, you will also find a genteel and convivial environment to live in, as this is also an area of gracious period homes, green and lovely garden squares, myriad interesting old buildings and many lanes to wander down and explore. On the odd occasion when people and buildings become a little too much, simply stroll down to the Thames where you will always have space to breath and some of the most iconic London views – particularly at night.

The high street is filled with local pubs, cafes and shops and the easy distance to Victoria Station makes getting to, from and around this area simple and quick.
Locals go to the popular Tachbrook Street Market for their food requirements. Fish, meat and fruit and veg are to be had from Monday till Saturday.
The Regency Cafe boasts the best and least expensive full English breakfast in town, and Grumbles on Churton Street is a highly recommended bistro with a set two-course lunch menu. Tate Britain's cafe is also pleasant when you need refreshment and calm after seeing all those fabulous Turners.

All in all, this gives you one of the most authentic central London locations, plus easy access to some pretty posh neighbours - Chelsea, Mayfair and Belgravia to name a few. Many are surprised to realise that it's a mere 10 minute walk to Sloane Square from here. If you fancy a longer walk, take yourself off to Trafalgar Square going through St James Park - one of London's loveliest parks.

Pretty and secure, with its calm village feel, Pimlico manages to combine high culture with everyday convenience such as handy shops and amenities on the high street, farmers markets and a good bus service!

RATES

The total includes exit cleaning and WiFi. There are no other charges unless the home is left dirty, untidy or damaged.

REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT

The damage deposit is refundable within two weeks after departure.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

You may cancel your booking forty-two nights or more before the start and receive a 50% refund of the total rent. If you cancel less than forty two nights before your stay we will make our best effort to re-let the home and offer you a pro-rata refund. However, this can not be guaranteed and we urge you to have travel insurance in place.

To guarantee an early arrival please book the night before. Likewise, if you want to stay later than the standard departure time, please book that day.

PROHIBITED

Only people listed on the booking form are permitted to stay at the property. No smoking as standard in all London short term rentals. No parties and no pets.
