Brent Cross Shopping Mall is nearby and Sports fans will be happy to know that Wembley Stadium and Allianz Park are not far away. This is the ideal location for clients working in the Elstree and Borehamwood Studios in north London.

Neighbourhood

Edgware is a North London suburb in the borough of Barnet around 16 km from Charing Cross. Edgware Underground is the last stop on this branch of the Northern line and is not to be confused with Edgware Road Underground, which lies in West London in Zone 1.

Edgware was once an ancient parish in the county of Middlesex and it remained a village until the mid 1920’s. The original settlement was built along a Roman road, and pilgrims would rest here on their way to St Albans. These days it can be described as a suburb of London and it is a residential and commercial centre. It has recently been called a "prosperous late developer that’s growing fast.”

You will find plenty of handy local amenities here such as the local library, a hospital, a bus garage and a large shopping centre called The Broadwalk, as well as independent shops on Station Road. Edgware High Street has some of the areas oldest buildings which were once rural cottages from the 16h century. There is a historic Cathedral and some wonderful period architecture to admire here and some excellent schools. Anyone who is working at or visiting the Elstree and Borehamwood studios, will find this the ideal location to stay.

The community here benefits greatly from some elevated woodlands and large open spaces. There are two charming streams named The Edgware Brook and Deans Brooke, both small tributaries of the larger Silk Stream. Canon’s Park has the King George V Memorial inside and wonderful Hampstead Heath is easily accessible from here. Saracens Rugby Club has sports facilities available. Sports fans will also be happy to know that Wembley Stadium and Allianz Park are not for away.

The area is well-connected for transport. As mentioned, the local underground station is Edgware and it is the last stop on this branch of the Northern line, in Zone 5. The journey time into Leicester Square in central London in just under half an hour. Burnt Oak Underground (Zone 4) is the next stop heading towards the centre with Hampstead and Camden Town further down. The speedy and ever-reliable Jubilee line runs from Canons Park Underground Station. (Zone 5)

Neighbouring areas such as Golders Green, Highgate and Hampstead with their own cafes, shops, pubs and parklands are well worth a visit, as is Brent Cross with it's enormous shopping mall.

The total rate displayed includes exit cleaning and WiFi.
Housekeeping service with linen change once a week is also included for stays of seven nights or more.
VAT applies to this property and will be added to the nightly rate. UK VAT is currently 20% for the first 28 nights and 4% thereafter.
Cots are charged separately and on request at £60.00 + VAT per week.
Parking – if offered – is charged at £100.00 + VAT per week.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT

CANCEL

Cancellations made in writing 14 days or more before arrival will be refunded 90% of the total booking fee. Where you give less than 14 days notice of cancellation, we may charge a cancellation fee equivalent to the Agreed Price or two weeks rental, whichever is less.
