A large bedroom with ample storage, excellent natural light form the windows and a king bed. Quality linen, newly laundered and pressed, is provided for each stay.

The spacious bathroom offers a large tub with shower over, basin and WC. Starter toiletries and fluffy white towels are provided as standard.

Liverpool Street - Metropolitan Line, Central Line, Circle Line Hammersmith & Fulham Line plus Overground Lines - 10 minute walk away - zone 1.

The home is fully furnished and equipped including linen, towels, hairdryer, iron and ironing board and WiFi.
A baby travel cot cot may be provided subject to availability - please request when you book.
A bicycle rack is available for your use in the entrance hall.
This is a new development, completely refurbished in 2015 and top quality furnishings are offered throughout.
The flat is on the first floor. The building has a lift but it bypasses the first floor.
The home sleeps two people in one double bed.

The neighbourhood is arguably the street art centre of the universe and tour guides can be spotted, pointing out the finer details of the latest murals. This vibrant area is renowned for it’s markets, art galleries, pop up restaurants and lively art scene. If you are looking for fresh and trendy this is the perfect place for the young and young at heart.

This was possibly my favourite rental apartment, and I've stayed at many. The only problem was that it was a little too perfect, and sometimes I didn't want to go out and explore London! The neighborhood it is in--Spitalfields--is very cool, with great coffee shops and good shopping and markets. It's also convenient (5-6 minute walk) to get to the Underground station, where it is a very short trip to central London. The Spitalfields home was perfect for our stay. Thought too the location was amazing, as we sent a lot of time in central London and it was only 10 minutes away. The apartment was great, very modern and all that you need. The London Agent was really accommodating and always available to respond when we contacted. The locations and the market was lovely and had a central feel. The apartment was beautifully decorated and furnished very well with amazing bedding and cleanliness. East London is full of interesting contrasts - vibrant and multicultural, trendy and traditional, affluent and gritty. It has a wonderful and diverse range of people from bohemian artists, monied financiers to the original 'locals' i.e. Cockney Londoners with their charming and famous rhyming slang. If you feel the need to polish up on yours, rhyming-slang dictionaries can be purchased in all good London bookshops, and that's no pork pie!
The diverse and fascinating culture and history of the East End is due to the fact that the area saw various waves of Immigrants arrive over the centuries, each contributing hugely to the rich cultural depth and variety of the area.
In many parts of the East End you are close enough to all of the must-see London landmarks so that you don't waste time traveling but still removed enough to mingle with long term London residents and feel like a local.

In the immediate area head towards the lively local street markets of Columbia Road flower market, Brick Lane, Broadway Market, Spitalfields and Pettycoat Lane. Much loved by the locals, the area offers vibrant restaurants, music venues, bars and night life, as well as renowned galleries and museums - the Cube and Geffrye Museum being perhaps best known.

Whitechapel with it's infamous Jack the Ripper connections still has several pubs open today that were around in those terrible Ripper years, The Ten Bells and The Blind Beggar, for example. There are many excellent walking tours to be enjoyed in the East End which are richly interesting and informative and well worth taking. Nothing like being in situ while you learn, especially somewhere as atmospheric as the East End. The Whitechapel Art Gallery is also worth a visit.

From your home, take a leisurely stroll through the City to St Pauls, over the Millennium Bridge to Shakespeare's Globe Theatre and lunch at the Tate Modern. Or head west and wonder around antique Bloomsbury, explore the wonderful treasures of the British Museum and pop in at one of the four Inns of Court to get a feel for medieval London. If you are feeling energetic there are many cycle paths along the canals which are great for poodling around on a lazy Sunday with a pit stop at the local pub.

The financial district – called the City -and Liverpool Street station with it’s excellent train connections are very convenient, plus a 24hr bus link service for easy access to the West End and beyond.

Your card will be pre-authorised by your card provider but will not be charged until your booking is confirmed by us. You will receive a confirmation email during our office hours: Monday - Friday 9.00 - 17.30 GMT.


The damage deposit is refundable within two weeks after departure.


You may cancel your booking forty-two nights or more before the start and receive a 50% refund of the total rate. If the booking is cancelled less than forty two nights before the start of the stay no refund will be made. We urge you to have travel insurance in place.


Standard arrival time is: 14.00
Standard departure time is: 10.00
If we do not have people leaving the day that you arrive it may be possible to move in before 14.00, but we can not guarantee this. To ensure an early arrival please book the night before.
On your day of departure it is possible to leave luggage at the flat until 13.00 but we will need the flat clear of people by 10.00 so that housekeeping can do their job. If you want to stay later than the standard departure time, please book that day.


Only people listed on the booking form are permitted to stay at the property. No smoking as standard in all London short term rentals. No parties and no pets.
