Vincent Victoria is a collection of one and two bedroom serviced apartments opposite Vincent Park and close to Victoria Station. This is a convenient, central location near transport, iconic London sights and the River Thames.

The two bedroom flats are bright and attractive. The living area has good natural light and wooden flooring running throughout. Included is comfortable seating, a coffee table, dining table and chairs, TV, telephone, alarm clock and a safe.

There are two attractive bedrooms with a double bed in each. Quality linen, newly laundered and pressed, is provided for each stay.

The kitchen is open plan to the living area and is fully equipped including a washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.

There are two smart bathrooms with a tub and overhead shower, one of which is ensuite. Starter toiletries and fluffy white towels are provided as standard

Some of the flats have a balcony.

Victoria Underground and Main Station - District & Circle, Victoria Lines and Mainland Rail - Zone 1 - under 5 minutes from the flat.
Victoria Coach Station is on Buckingham Palace Road, about a 5 minute walk away from Victoria Underground.

There are several one and two bedroom flats available in this building which is handy for big groups of friends, colleagues or large families travelling together.

The City of Westminster is an affluent area of central London on the north bank of the river Thames and stumbling distance from Charing Cross station. It is an ancient part of London and renowned for an impressive concentration of historic and prestigious London landmarks. Live in Westminster and you are a neighbour to Buckingham Palace, the Tate Gallery, Trafalgar Square, Westminster Abbey, Westminster Cathedral and of course, the Palace of Westminster – a World Heritage site and home to the houses of Parliament of the United Kingdom.

Big Ben is the name of the bell in one of the towers in Westminster Palace, but the name seems to be used now for the tower itself. The tower's name was changed in 2012 to the Elizabeth Tower, to mark the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee. It is the largest four faced chiming clock in the world. The tower is one of the most well-known symbols of London along with the red double-decker bus and black cab.

Trafalgar Square is one of London's most iconic and famous sights. Built to commemorate the famous victory at the Battle of Trafalgar, with Admiral Nelson standing tall on his column, this huge square is a favourite spot for demonstrations, celebrations and rallies. The just-as-famous and rather wonderful bronze lions at the base of Nelson’s Column were cast in 1867. The three plinths hold statues of the great and the good and the fourth plinth displays artwork, often causing fierce debate amongst Londoners. The feeding of the famous pigeons was banned in recent years. Gone are the days when every tourist had to have a picture of themselves with a pidgin on their head with the square's fountains in the background. Norway donate a huge fir tree every December which is proudly displayed here adorned with lights and decorations, lighting up the winter gloom.

Surrounding the square you will find The National Gallery, the wonderful National Portrait Gallery, and St Martins in the Fields, which is the parish church of Buckingham Palace. There are some wonderful views to enjoy in all directions, particularly down towards Whitehall and the Thames.

With so many big-name tourist attractions on your doorstep you can expect hustle and bustle and vibrant city life. Surprisingly, you may also expect a genteel and convivial environment to live in as this is also an area of gracious period homes, green and lovely garden squares and myriad interesting old buildings and lanes to wander around and explore. And on the odd occasion when people and buildings become a little too much simply stroll down to the great River Thames where you will always have space to breath and take in some of the best views to be found out over London – particularly at night.

All in all, Westminster gives you one of the most authentic central London locations just oozing history and culture. You have easy access to some interesting and popular neighbours such as Soho and Covent Garden and some pretty posh one's too, such as Chelsea, Mayfair and Belgravia. Not forgetting how quickly you get from here to the West End's shops, restaurants and entertainment.

VAT applies to this property and will be added to the nightly rate. UK VAT is currently 20% for the first 28 nights and 4% thereafter.
Cots are charged separately and on request at £60.00 + VAT per week.
Parking – if offered – is charged at £100.00 + VAT per week.

A security deposit of £200.00, covering breakages and damages is required at the time of booking. If a deposit is not charged, ‘the Guest’ may be asked for an imprint of a credit card upon arrival to cover any incidentals.


Cancellations made in writing 14 days or more before arrival will be refunded 90% of the total booking fee. Where you give less than 14 days notice of cancellation, we may charge a cancellation fee equivalent to the Agreed Price or two weeks rental, whichever is less.

Standard departure time is: 10.00
To guarantee an early arrival please book the night before. Likewise, if you want to stay later than the standard departure time, please book that day.


Only people listed on the booking form are permitted to stay at the property.
No smoking as standard in all London short term rentals.
