The sunny living room is smartly furnished with a quality sofa, plush armchairs, a large dining table and chairs, TV and Wifi. Charming and immaculate, this stylish room has been tastefully decorated with Art Deco accents and attention to detail. View London roof tops in a calm and peaceful space, high above the London bustle.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is well equipped for ardent cooks and offers all mod-cons including a dishwasher, washer, fridge/freezer and coffee machine.



BEDROOM

The bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed and spacious wardrobes. Quality linen, newly laundered and pressed, is provided for each stay.



BATHROOM

Not your standard short let London bathroom! Unusually this spacious room offers both a ball-and-claw roll top bath and a walk in shower. Starter toiletries and fluffy white towels are provided as standard.

- Lancaster Gate Underground - Central line – 8 minute walk.
- Edgware Road station - Bakerloo, Circle and District lines, mainline station and Heathrow Express – 10 minute walk.
- Buses run frequently to the West End from this area.

This short let London home is on the fifth floor of a modern 60’s building with a lift and porters.
The communal gardens are very lovely and you are welcome to enjoy them in your leisure time



LOCALE

The vast green expanse of Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens is an easy seven minute walk as is St Mary’s Hospital. Bayswater/Paddington is a convenient, central London location with plenty of handy local amenities and eateries of all kinds to choose from. Here you are close to the refurbished Paddington Basin, Marylebone and Nottinghill. The home is a short walk to no less than three useful tube stations including Paddington which offers the Heathrow Express link every 15 minutes. Paddington Radnor is a well placed, well connected and well-loved home you will be proud to call your London base.

Neighbourhood

Bayswater is a convenient central location with a pleasant community-based atmosphere, much loved by visitors the world over. Visit Whiteley’s of Bayswater. This is a shopping centre that is also a listed building and it was London’s first department store. Stroll down to the hustle and bustle of Oxford and Regent Streets, or wonder around the calm expanse of Kensington Gardens or Hyde Park. This area is perfect for the business or leisure traveller who wants to be in the urban centre but still have access to calm, quiet places.

This is a lively cosmopolitan area with many great bistro's and bijoux shops to be found on Queensway and Westbourne Grove. The entire area is culturally diverse and the shops around here are interesting and unusual. They make a nice change from Oxford Street and may be where you will find the perfect London souvenir! There are many superb ethnic restaurants to be frequented around here run by locals. This is a good area for walking and exploring…enjoy the many wide, attractive streets and garden squares lined with Victorian stucco terraces.

Bayswater Road is a long main road which runs from Marble Arch, down past Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, Holland Park and then all the way through to Notting Hill and down into Shepherd's Bush. You will find embassies and lots of hotels down it’s side streets and the bus service running on it is regular and convenient for the West End. Should you care to walk, it's a pleasant stroll down the wide expanse of this road with it’s huge oak trees with two of London's most famous parks alongside. Pause and peruse the art displayed (and for sale!) on the park railings when the weather is fine.

This is a vibrant, central location with fast and easy access to its interesting neighbours, such as Notting Hill and Paddington. Quick transfer to Heathrow Airport on the Heathrow Express from Paddington Station and it's a quick journey from here into the West End either on foot, bus or underground. The walk through Kensington Gardens, up into Hyde Park and on to Marble Arch is a lovely one...

RATES

The total includes exit cleaning, utility bill and WiFi. There are no other charges unless the home is left dirty, untidy or damaged.

REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT

The damage deposit is refundable within two weeks after departure.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

You may cancel your booking forty-two nights or more before the start and receive a 50% refund of the total rate. If the booking is cancelled less than forty two nights before the start of the stay no refund will be made. We urge you to have travel insurance in place.

PROHIBITED

Only people listed on the contract are permitted to stay at the property and the lead guest should be 21 years or older. No smoking is standard in all London short term rentals. No parties and no pets.
